Privacy Policy

What we collect

CloudPivot processes cloud billing and configuration metadata (such as Cost & Usage Report line items, resource tags, and utilization metrics) that you connect via read-only roles, plus account information you provide when you sign up. We do not access workload data inside your resources.

How we use it

Connected data is used to produce findings, savings math, and executed-fix verification for your organization — not for advertising and not for training shared models. Access inside CloudPivot is role-scoped and audit-logged.

Retention & deletion

You can disconnect a cloud account at any time; associated metadata is scheduled for deletion after disconnection. Contact us to request full account deletion.
